If you do not possess any form of identification follow these steps
1. Go to the local health department in Mississippi County and apply for a birth certificate
2. Take your birth certificate go to the Social Security office, get a print out of your social security number.
3. Take your birth certificate and Social Security number along with proof of address and go tot the License Bureau to obtain a state I.D. or driver's license.
4. Once you have all three, you will need to go back to the Social Security Office and apply for your official Social Security Card.
