Mississippi County Caring Communities has been in the process of developing plans for an Early Childcare Center located in Charleston, Missouri.  The Executive Board of Directors are still optimist about this project.  The center, when open, will be state licensed and have a qualified teacher as the Director.   The Center will enroll children 0-12 years of age.
